	Roger J. Stewart Partner, IOA · Insurance Office of America Roger has spent over 18 years in the insurance industry and has a proven track record of generating outstanding results. He works with clients that span all industry sectors of Real Estate, including owners, managers, and developers. Roger has successfully represented many high profile domestic and international corporate client’s to the market place. His experience includes insurance transactions and risk consulting as it relates to real estate purchases, sales, contractual issues, claims advocacy, policy interpretation, coverage analysis, risk management surveys, coverage design, and emergency response and contingency planning. He has also developed custom related insurance programs to address the higher risk needs of clients.
	Ericka Diaz Cyber Liability Practice Leader · Insurance Office of America Ericka Diaz-Joseph is the Cyber Practice Leader at Insurance Office of America (IOA), one of the largest privately held insurance agencies in the US. She is currently pursuing the certified information privacy professional/United States (CIPP/US) certification, which will further enhance her expertise and value to clients. She has over seven years of experience in the cyber insurance industry, spanning cyber claims and cyber underwriting roles for top carriers in the SMB, Middle Market, and Corporate Account segments. Ericka’s core competencies include cyber risk analysis and selection, policy language and endorsement review, cyber threat and privacy law awareness, and relationship building and management. She leverages her strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional service and results to brokers and clients, as well to collaborate with internal and external partners. She is passionate about helping businesses protect themselves from the risks and challenges of the digital age, and she strives to deliver innovative and tailored cyber insurance solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
